hello.
we're building pbl loud and in the open. this is where we'll post about what we're shipping, why we're shipping it, and what we're learning from the gyms and climbers using it.
what to expect
- product drops. new features in the mobile app and the portal. how they work, why we built them that way.
- setter craft. conversations with routesetters about their process, their tools, and the things they wish software did differently.
- operations. the stuff nobody writes about: staffing, scheduling, tracking ops, turnover cycles. running a gym is hard. we want to make it less hard.
- industry dispatches. climbing is growing fast. we'll share what we're seeing.
