climbers get the app. climbing gyms get the portal.
set on friday. know how it landed by monday.
your climbers log for free. you get the read on every route: what's busy, what's quiet, what to strip next.

- four people, with names and faces. small on purpose.
- $89 a month in beta, locked while you stay. no per‑climber fees.
- your routes are yours, and sharing is always the climber's call.
- a feedback board in both apps, where your staff and your climbers ask, vote and watch it ship.
how sets get planned today
setters have instinct. climbers have a logbook.
it lives on their phones, and the setters' meeting hears from whoever's loudest in the parking lot.
the set calendar is a whiteboard.
a photo of it in the group chat. the strip date in someone's head.
the strip list runs on gut.
which routes still pull traffic? which went quiet in week two? nobody has the count, so tired routes stay up too long.
how it works
their climbs reach your set calendar.
log.
climbers log a route in a few taps: tries, send, a note.
in the appland.
it shows up on the route's page: climbs, sends, send rate and reviews.
in the portalplan.
your setter schedules the swap right from that page: strip date, go-live date, new route.
in the portalleaving soon.
the route shows "leaving soon" in the app. last chance to send it.
in the appfresh set.
the fresh-set post drafts itself. hit publish and it lands in the feed of everyone who follows you.

what your climbers' logs tell you.
it fills in on its own as they climb.
what gets climbed.
most climbed routes, the grades that pull traffic, your busiest day.
when to strip.
you set what quiet means. routes below your bar for two weeks get flagged stale.
who's coming back.
new and returning climbers, counted from their logs.
how the set landed.
send rate against your target, and the senders' levels beside your grade.
for climbers
free for climbers, on iPhone.
log every send. earn a level that's real, with a date on it. your climbs shape the next set.

a few gyms get in first.
pbl is in beta, and we're taking a handful of gyms. the four people who built it set yours up with you. two months free, then $89 a month, locked while you stay. sound like your gym? say hi.

questions gyms ask
what does it cost?
$89 a month per gym during beta, locked for as long as you stay, and the first two months are free. the list price after beta is $149. no per-climber fees.
what do my climbers' logs tell me?
which routes pull traffic, which went quiet, whether the grade landed and how many climbers came back this month. the more climbers log, the more you see.
are ratings just the loudest climbers?
no. only climbers who logged the route can review it, and the senders' levels sit beside your grade. the grade stays your call.
do i need my climbers on the app first?
no. the set calendar and floor plan work from day one with your setters alone. sends and ratings arrive as climbers join, and the app is free, so the ask to them is small.
does it replace Rock Gym Pro or Approach?
no. pbl runs alongside your front desk, and nothing flows between them today. tell us what you run.
do we need software, or is a whiteboard enough?
a whiteboard plans a wall just fine. it can't count sends or show which routes went quiet. once you set across rooms or swap every week, that's the part pbl carries.
who owns the data?
your routes are yours, and sharing is always the climber's call. the sends, ratings and reviews on your routes show in your portal, and each climber keeps their own log. no export button yet: ask us for a copy.
do i need hardware or tags?
none. climbers log on their phones, and the portal runs in a browser on a laptop or tablet.
